I’ve coached and mentored scores of women over the course of many years, and there are some things that repeatedly pop up. Everyone’s looking for the next big thing. The next trend. You know what I’m talking about. Because an influencer says she made more money since she started drinking lemon juice and vodka at 3am, it has to be the next big secret to success, right?

Um… no.

Ever heard of the Pareto Principle? You probably have. It’s also called the 80/20 Principle, and it is a thing. (I’m a numbers geek who gets really excited about things like this.) To put it simply, it’s a proven principle of productivity and performance that says you get 80% of your best results from only 20% of the work you do. It’s absolutely effective and powerful, but there’s one little drawback:

You don’t always know which 20% of your efforts deliver the results you want. In fact, even “experts” struggle to figure it out. Just ask any advertising agency.

WEEK 1

Self - Command Muscle

Through a breakthrough process called PQ reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ rep only takes 10 seconds and with each rep, you develop greater mastery over your own brain, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

WEEK 2-3

Saboteur Interceptor Muscle

You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your saboteurs; so that they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.

WEEK 4-6

Sage Muscle
